Terms of service
These terms govern your use of our websites, shop, portals, APIs, and related services.
Effective date: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Authorized Credit Card Systems (“ACCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of authorizedccs.com, related subdomains, shopping and ordering flows, hosted portals, APIs, CRM tools, documentation, integrations, and other products we operate (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, creating or using a portal account, or connecting an integration, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.
Services
ACCS provides payment-processing related products and support for merchants and authorized users, which may include websites and content, supply ordering, quotes and onboarding assistance, hosted portals (including CRM, orders, metrics, and documentation), APIs and transaction-update tools, and integrations with payment, POS, email, and other partners. Features available to you depend on configuration, contracts, and permissions.
Some Services are operated for business customers. In those cases, additional contracts, statements of work, or customer instructions may apply and control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms for that deployment.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your accounts, API keys, mailbox connections, and authorized-user permissions. We may suspend or revoke access that we reasonably believe is compromised, abusive, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Shop, orders, and payments
Prices, availability, and descriptions for supplies or other goods offered through our shop are subject to change. Orders are offers to purchase; we may accept, reject, or cancel orders for fraud, inventory, pricing error, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. Taxes, shipping, and final totals may be confirmed before capture as described at checkout.
Card payments are processed by our payment partners (including iPOSPays). Card data is handled by the payment gateway; we do not intentionally store full primary account numbers in ACCS application databases. You authorize charges for orders you submit. Refunds, returns, and replacements are handled according to the policies stated at purchase or as we communicate for a specific order.
Portals, CRM, APIs, and integrations
When you connect third-party services (such as Gmail for CRM, payment gateways, or POS systems), you authorize ACCS to access and process data as needed to provide the features you enable, subject to our Privacy Policy and the third party’s terms. You represent that you have all rights and consents required to connect those systems and to process the data involved.
API keys, tokens, and credentials must be kept confidential. You must not exceed documented rate limits, scrape the Services abusively, or attempt to circumvent security controls. We may modify APIs and deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice when practical.
Optional tools such as the ACCS Content Collector browser extension collect page metadata you choose to save into your Library for internal use. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to save and share that content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, including by: violating law; infringing others’ rights; transmitting malware; attempting unauthorized access; interfering with operations; impersonating others; harvesting data without authorization; or using the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive payment or communications activity.
Third-party services
The Services may rely on third parties for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, CRM mailbox access, link previews, and other functions. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those features. ACCS is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The Services, branding, and content we provide are owned by ACCS or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as offered. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly allowed.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT, EMAIL, POS, OR ANALYTICS SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE OR ACCURATE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID ACCS FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACCS and its owners, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights, including unauthorized connection of third-party systems.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or other reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where law requires a different form of consent.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, legal compliance, or the integrity of the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services lies in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
